Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Offered
Somatic Integration Institute provides continuing education programs, online trainings, group programs, and professional development resources for mental health clinicians and practitioners. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:
Self-paced online courses
Live trainings and workshops
The Catalyst Collective mastermind program
Continuing education (CE) credit programs
Eligibility
Our programs are designed for licensed or license-eligible mental health professionals. By enrolling, you represent that you meet any stated prerequisites or eligibility requirements for the specific program.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Program Enrollment and Access
Upon enrollment and payment, you will receive access to your purchased program(s) according to the terms specified at the time of purchase. Access periods vary by program and will be clearly stated before purchase.
Payment Terms
All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is offered and selected. For payment plans, you authorize us to charge your payment method according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payment plan installments may result in suspension of program access.
Refund Policy
Self-Paced Courses:
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 14 days or once a CE certificate has been issued for the course.
Live Programs and Events:
Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the program start date. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the start date. You may transfer your registration to a future offering (subject to availability) or send a substitute attendee.
Catalyst Collective and Ongoing Group Programs:
Membership commitments and refund terms are specified in your enrollment agreement. Monthly memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ notice.

Continuing Education Credits
Somatic Integration Institute is an approved provider of continuing education through NASW-MA and ASWB ACE. CE credits are awarded upon completion of all program requirements, including required assessments or evaluations. It is your responsibility to verify that CE credits meet your state licensing board’s requirements. CE records are maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through our programs — including videos, audio recordings, written materials, worksheets, slides, and frameworks — is the exclusive property of Somatic Integration Institute and is protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for personal and professional development only. You may not:
Share, distribute, or resell program materials
Record live sessions without express written permission
Reproduce or repurpose content for your own trainings or programs
Share login credentials or program access with others
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Community Guidelines
For programs that include group components, community forums, or peer interaction, you agree to:
Maintain confidentiality of other participants’ shared information
Engage respectfully and professionally
Refrain from soliciting participants for your own services or programs without permission
Follow any additional program-specific guidelines provided
Disclaimer
Our programs are for educational and professional development purposes only. They do not constitute clinical supervision, therapy, or mental health treatment. Content is informational and should not replace your own clinical judgment or consultation with appropriate professionals.
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, income, or results from applying program content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somatic Integration Institute, its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Somatic Integration Institute, its owner, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or use of our services.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or any reason at our sole discretion. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in Massachusetts courts.
Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
